As the event slowed down the youngster were chilling in the garden everyone doing their own things when zoya and Hurain reached the boys with their eyes sparkling with mischief with wide grins on their faces.
"Kya chahiye tum dono ko ab"
{What do you both want now}
Asked Ashraf knowing from the looks on the girl's faces that they are upto no good.
"Humare sath antakshari kheliye na"
Said Hurain showing baby faced expressions to hashim Ashraf and Muzammil.
"Me nhi araha bachon wala game khelne"
{I am going coming to play such childish games}
Said Muzammil his expressions uninterested and unamused.
"Bhai me mumma ko bata dungi unki favourite lipstick apse tuti thi"
{Bhai I will tell mumma you broke her favourite lipstick}
Said Hurain with her expressions innocent as she threatened her brother to coax him to play.
"Chalo"
{Let's go}
He replied agreeing immediately.
Hashim and Ashraf were already ready without any resistance.
That was when Evaan spoke up.
"I am not playing as well"
He said firmly leaving no room for argument as the boys gave him side eye glares.
"Bhai chaliye na"
Said zoya trying to make him agree and Hurain just stood beside her not even wanting to speak in between.
But evaan couldn't resist the urge to tease her because she was already so nervous for some reason.
"Hurain don't you want me to play?"
He asked with a hint of teasing in his voice and a mischievous glint in his eyes a stark contrast to his usual serious self.
Her eyes snapped up at him then she looked at zoya asking with her eyes about what to say. When Mariyam nodded coaxing her to ask him to come she looked back at Evaan.
"Aajaiye ap bhi"
{You come too..}
She said softly with something like bashfulness in her voice which made everyone else raise their eyebrows at her.
"Chaliye fir"
{Let's go then}
He said in a gentle manner with a smile on his face.
As all of them made their way to the garden they decided to make four teams of two people.
As soon as Ayesha heard it in the next moment she was next to Muzammil already in his team.
Hurain raised her eyebrows at her glaring at her slightly as she motioned her to sit atleast as a distance as their teachers were there as well.
Hashim looked down at zoya before speaking in his gentle yet deep voice.
"Is it okay if we are in the same team?"
She nodded before scooting slightly giving him space to sit.
"Me Ashraf Bhai k sath ho jaun-
{I will go with Ashraf bhai-}
But before Hurain could complete her sentence Ashraf and Sidra had already sat together knowingly teasing her because of her nervousness.
She looked back at Evaan sitting casually but with space beside him silently telling her to sit.
She took a deep breath to brace herself then went to sit beside Evaan with casual expressions.
As the game started म came on Ashraf and Sidra's team to sing.
Sidra's eyes lighten up as she started singing.
"Mhare hivra me naache mor Tak thaiya thaiya.. bhavre ne machaya shor khili Dil ki kaliya..."
Her voice rang out and just in the next moment Ayesha joined her too with her own excited voice all the girls smiling widely.

Zoya and Hurain joined them too. All four girls singing in sync ignoring the presence of boys as if they are not even there.
"Badla mosam badle nazare ya badla h nazariya mhare hivra me naache mor Tak thaiya thaiya bhavre ne machaya shor khili Dil ki kaliya.. '
As they quite down the chance came on zoya and hashim's team to sing with आ
Zoya almost immediately came up with the song.
"Aankhen dekhi to me dekhta reh gaya jaam do or dono hi do aateeshan"
Her voice was soft and melodious as her eyes lit up while singing. Hashim sitting beside her couldn't help but glance at her from the corner of his eyes his lips curling up slightly with hint of admiration in his gaze.
" Aankhen ya meqade k ye do baab hen aankhen inko kahun ya kahun khwab hen.. "
Her voice trail of as she forgot the lyrics for a moment but then hashim continued for her his voice deep and warm.
"Aankhen nichi huin to Ada ban gain"
As his voice rang out zoya's eyes Averted down subconsciously as she sang further
"Aankhen uchi huin to dua ban gain.."
The next lyrics as they sang together both of them smiling widely stealing glances at each other their voices and notes coming out in sync.

When the song ended zoya's face was flushed and her three friends had teasing smiles on their faces with happy glint in their eyes but zoya kept her eyes down not wanting to look at her brothers after such situation.
Hashim looked at Ashraf and evaan but they just shrugged nonchalantly as if they haven't witnessed anything and it was just a song.
As the इ was on Muzammil and Ayesha's team Muzammil started singing. His voice casual yet his notes on point.
"Itna na mujhse tu pyar barha k me ek baadal awara kese kisi ka Sahara Banu k me khud beghar bechara"
As soon as he stopped singing Ayesha sang the next lyrics her eyes looking at him and her usually siren eyes turned to doe eyes as she looked at him when he was not looking
"Isliye tujse me pyar karun k tu ek badal awara. Janam Janam se hu sath tere h nam Mera jal ki dhara"
Her voice soft filled with emotions which she was not so subtle about.
As the र came on Hurain and Evaan's team Hurain knew the song which start with the specific letter but she looked up at Evaan being a little nervous to sing while sitting beside her teacher who already doesn't like her.
He looked down at her their eyes meeting just for a moment.
"Go ahead sing"
He said casually encouraging her to sing with a tilt of his head.
She looked ahead and started singing her eyes sparkling and her usually soft and cheerful voice even more mischievous just like the lyrics of the song she was singing.
"Ruk ruk ruk are baba ruk o my darling give me a look"
She blinked and shook her head dramatically along with the lyrics and sang further.
"Dil mera dharke tere liye Dil mera tadpe tere liye"
As she sang she put her palm on her chest while laughing mimicking the lyrics making everyone laugh while evaan was looking at her from the corner of his eyes not laughing yet a smile on his face.
"Gussa Tera valla valla nakhre tere uf uf uf. Uf uf uf"
She put her palm on her forehead as she stopped singing still laughing and smiling.
As now फ came on Ashraf and Sidra they didn't even wait for them to end as they already started singing in funny voices laughing so much as they sang
"Phoolo ka taaron ka sabka kehna h ek hazaaron me meri behna h sari umar hume sang rehna h phoolo ka taaron ka sabka kehna h ek hazaaron me meri behna h"
Everyone laugh along them the earlier awkwardness between everyone starting to fade now.
Zoya and hashim started singing from ह
"Hum jo chalne Lage chalne lage hen ye raste ahahaa Manzil se behtar lagne lage hen ye raste.."
As they sang their voices were in sync again looking at each other every now and then smiling as they sang their expressions changing animatedly along with lyrics.
"Aao milon chalen jaana Kahan na ho pata hum jo chalne lage.. chalne lage hen ye raste.. Bethe bethe ese kese koi rasta Naya sa mile.. tu bhi chale me bhi chalun honge Kam ye tabhi fasle aao mil jayega hoga Jahan pe rasta ao Milo chalen Jana Kahan na ho pata.. "
As they finally stopped singing zoya looked around to see almost everyone smirking and she just looked down and hashim chuckled as they played further.
As त came on Ayesha and Muzammil Ayesha almost jumped out of her seat as she started singing in a loud and excited yet melodious voice.
"Tune o rangeele kesa Jadu Kia.. piya Piya bole matwala jiya.. hooo tune o rangile kesa Jadu Kiya.. piya piya bole matwala jiya.."
As Muzammil moved a little in his seat his arm accidentally brushed against hers and her eyes widened as she felt sparkles in her body and she forgot the lyrics so he sang further for her.
"Baaho me chupa k ye kya Kia o re Piya"
As he sang he made sure to lock eyes with Ayesha with a smirk on his face where Hurain sitting at the corner mumbled to herself
"Is langoor ko ye angoor kese mil gai"
Evaan chuckled sitting beside her before speaking in a hushed whisper
"Apni dost ko langoor bol Rahi ho??"
She chuckled too before shaking her head and whispering back.
"nhi apne Bhai ko"
They both started laughing silently and the earlier tension Hurain had sitting beside him started fading.
As आ came on Ashraf and Sidra they started singing together not even caring about their notes but enjoying the game instead.
"Aoge jab tum o sajna angna phool khilenge barsega sawan jhum jhum k do Dil ese milenge.."
"Apne hone wale partners k intezar me gaa rahe hen dono"
Said zoya and everyone including them burst out laughing.

Sidra said between her laughter to zoya and hashim.
zoya and hashim both started thinking for a song but qasim got the song first and started singing
"Goriye tu kinni goriye tu zameen pe Chand ki joriye.. buriye bari buriye duniya ki niyat choriye Nazar na lag jaye jaanu thought ye ghabraye saanu Nazar na lag jaye jaanu thought ye ghabraye saanu.."
As he sang zoya was lost staring at him so he cleared his throat to bring her back to reality as her brothers were still here.
She quickly averted her eyes her face turning red at being caught staring and started looking at Ayesha and Muzammil as it was their turn to sing from न
Muzammil started singing after thinking for a moment
"Najane mere Dil ko kya abhi to yahin tha abhi... Khogaya.. khogaya.."
To complete the lines ever ready Ayesha chimed in intentionally brushing her arm against his this time.
"Are hogaya h tujko to pyar sajna. Lakh karle tu inkar sajna dildar sajna"
She looked at him smirking as she sung winking discreetly making his face go red
"Hai ye pyar sajna"
As they kept ended on न Hurain looked up at Evaan her expressions focused trying to think of a song but before she could Evaan's voice rang out as deep as ocean without his usual coldness instead showing the impending emotions of the lyrics his notes on point just like his looks.
" Naino ki chaal h makhmali haal h "
Her eyes widened when she heard him singing her eyes locked on his face as he was leaning back on his chair looking ahead while singing
"neechi palko se badle sama "
As the notes left his lips he looked down at her hoping she would sing further like always but when he saw her doe eyes looking up at him something kind of firework erupted in her heart when her eyes meet his and she looked down immediately and he kept singing
"Naina sharmaye Jo ye aankhen bhar ayen to tham k ruk jayen dono jahan.."
Her heart was beating fast and so was his as the song spoke for itself telling something their interactions never did
His voice turned softer as he sang
"Rab ki naymat hen Teri nigahen.. jinme basti h uski duayen.. ese naino ki baaton koi kyun na ayee.."
Her delicate long and slender porcelain fingers curled into a fist clutching her dupatta in her lap as some unknown feeling sparkled inside her.
"Tere Naina tere Naina tere Naina re.. tere Naina tere Naina tere Naina re..."
He stopped singing watching the effect he himself didn't know he had on her and she herself couldn't define what happened in that moment
Their friends said things around them but for her everything was faded except his sapphire blue eyes staring into hers and his voice and he was looking down at her waiting for her to look up staring at her long lashes framing her eyes.
But as Ashraf and Sidra started singing another song giving no attention to the notes he was brought back to reality and he shook his head to bring himself out of the strange bubble he was in.
"Raam ji ki chaal dekho. Zara majal dekho. Chal dekho dhal dekho rago me ubal dekho.."
It was zoya and hashims chance to sing from ख and meanwhile zoya was raking her brain for a song hashim had already started singing.
"Khubsurat h wo itna.. saha nhi jata kese hum khudko rok len Raha nhi jaata"
As his deep and warm voice rang out filled with so much emotion everyone subconsciously stopped their bickering in the group and looked at him with with full attention
Zoya sitting beside him couldn't help but look up at him her eyes showing a feeling she never expressed in words
"Chand me daagh h ye jaante hen hum lekin"
As he sang he looked down at her and she immediately averted her eyes to her lap
"Raat bhar dekhe Bina usko Raha nhi jata"
A fond smile made its way on his face at her changing demeanor and he sang further
"Khubsurat h wo itna saha nhi jata kese hum khudko rok len raha nhi jata.."
She looked to the side the emotions in his voice were so evident anyone could see them. She pushed some hair off her face her tiny and delicate fingers tucking the hair behind her ear
She didn't realise when he stopped singing and Ayesha and Muzammil were already singing on their chance
"Tera mujhse h pehle ka naata koi yun hi nhi Dil lubhata koi.."
They sang together their voices in sync with their faces beaming as if living the song
"Jaane tu.. ya jaane naa.. maane tu? Ya Mane na.."
They laughed as they looked at each other still grining
They had a connection they looked at each other like they have known each other for years and they were so comfortable sitting around it was almost unbelievable
"Ye humpe hi humesha न kyu ata h"
Hurain whined with her eyebrows furrowed slightly
Everyone laughed and Evaan looked down at her
"Tumko ni ata kya gana?"
He asked in a teasing manner with a smirk and she raised her eyebrows challengingly
"Hume ata h rukiye abi gate hen"
"Na jaane uljhano k piche kya hen bahane? Dastaan hen bolo ya hen fasane?"
Evaan sang further for her their notes in sync as she moved her hand in such a way her bangles gave a background music to them.
" Timtimati si hen sard raaten wo bhi yaha pe or unki baaten? "
As he sang he looked down at her raising his one eyebrow as if asking her silently to sing with him

She smiled before singing further even though her heart was pounding in her chest
"Kuch to kaha? Kuch to suna? Kuch mil gaya h man me Jo lapata"
As she sang she made puzzled expressions tapping her chin as if thinking something to match the lyrics
"Tumko pata hum ko pata Dil se Dil hen baaki farzi hen baaten.."
He completed for her and chuckled. The deep sound of his chuckle making her heartbeat increase even more
"Abe bas romantic movie chal Rahi h kya"
Muzammil playfully leaned forward and held Hurain's arm to pull her back slightly making everyone laugh.
She looked back at him and glared.
"Kya h??"
She asked him annoyed and rolled her eyes pretending that nothing was cooking between them and her face is not already flushed.
When they all were laughing at the playful banter a cousin of Evaan Ashraf and zoya came there named Saleha.
She eyed all the four boys and the boys rolled their eyes in unison
"Hey guys mind if I join you?"
She asked in a high pitched voice her gaze lingering longer on all the boys
It resulted in Ayesha scooting closer to Muzammil
Hashim looked at zoya surprised because her scooting closer to him had caught him off guard because of her usual shy demeanor but he wasn't complaining as a proud smirk made its way on his face.
Evaan looked down at Hurain before whispering
"Scoot closer to me"
Her eyes widened and she looked up at him as if he has seen a ghost.
"Hurain scoot closer to me this is a command not a request"
He repeated in his stern and cold voice which he usually uses in class and she instantly scooted closer to him enough that no person could sit between them yet she left enough distance between them that they weren't touching.
Saleha made a face at all the girls still sat down beside Sidra because Ashraf and Sidra both had scooted closer to one side of couch because no boy wanted to sit next to Saleha.
"Chalo chalo gao na tum sab chup kyun hogaye?"
She said in her high pitched voice wanting to be cute
They all were uneasy because of her presence because all she was doing was eyeing all the boys
Muzammil phone beeped with a message and he stood up
"Hurain muje restaurant Jana parega tum chal Rahi ho ya tumhe lene bad me aun??"
Hurain Ayesha zoya and Sidra groaned softly in unison when zoya chimed in.
"Bhai rehene dijiye na use yahin use hum chor denge apko nahi ana parega"
All the girls nodded making baby face at him and he sighed before agreeing
"Thik h thik h"
Ayesha looked up at him from her expressions it was clear she doesn't want him to leave but she couldn't say anything so she just stayed quite.
Muzammil sensing her uneasiness bit his lip his mind getting an idea to increase the interaction with the girl he just met and instantly liked
He looked at Hurain before saying
"Jo bhi story lagao muje b mention krdena instagram pe"
He said casually in his silent way of letting her know his I'd so they can interact more.
Hurain smiled knowingly before speaking
"Tumhe to pasand ni tha ye sab"
She said in a teasing manner gesturing her eyes at Ayesha.
"Itni polite to tum bhi nhi thin"
He retorted back with the same teasing manner because she was a little quite because of the presence of her teachers.
"Krdungi"
She said in annoyance and rolled her eyes while Ayesha just looked at him with a smile but looked down the moment he looked at her.
Ashraf stood up too stretching a bit
"Me bhi chalta hoon hospital me shift shru hone wali hogi"
He said lazily as he made his exit.
Saleha looked at the boys leaving and then the two boys sitting there and everyone ignoring her existence like she is invisible.
Hashim looked at Evaan before speaking.
"Chalo hum b ghum k ate hen"
As he said that he gestured to Saleha silently expressing his disliking of her presence and they both left without another word.
As the boys were gone the girls were proud among themselves but didn't said anything
Saleha stood up her voice changing to normal one as the boys weren't around anymore
"I think someone is calling me"
She left without another word and the girls exchange amused glances
As she left they all sighed
"Kutti kahin ki"
The four girls said in unison before they all burst out laughing.
"hurain tuje Evaan Bhai pasand hen kya?? "
Zoya said out of nowhere without any hesitation and Hurain choked on her own saliva before she looked at her with wide eyes.
" Pagal h kya kya bol Rahi h ye wo unhone sun lia to kya sochenge "
She said in panic looking around to see if he is around
"matlab pasand hen?? "
Sidra asked teasingly all of them smiling mischievously but Hurain's face flushed as she explained further
"nhi yrr esa kuch nahi h wo to bas wo teacher hen or pehle din hi image kharab ho gai h isliye me tameez se rehti hu"
She said softly desperately trying to make them believe that it's nothing like that.
"Haan haan bilkul tum to yun hi laal tamatar ho rahi ho na"
Ayesha chimed in with her own sarcastically teasing comment and Hurain rolled her eyes.
"Tum to chup hi raho. Mere Bhai me akhir pasand kya agaya pehli Nazar me tumhe"
Hurain replied with a teasing smile and playful mocking her.
Ayesha's face flushed as she covered it in her hands and mumbled softly
"Pata nhi yrr.. bas jabse aj din me unhe dekha h esa lagraha h bas yahi dhund rahi thi aj tak"
Her words carried genuine affection towards him and the girls giggled before speaking
"Unhe??? Abhi se??"
They all said in unison.
"Wo sab to thik h aj hashim sir ko kya hua tha?? Wo tuje wese dekh rahe the.."
Said Ayesha the topic changing to another boy
Zoya's face started turning red as she avoided to look into their eyes a soft smile making its way on her face as she looked down
"Pata nhi"
She said in a low hesitant voice
"Pata nhi kya buddhu wo b like krte hen tuje muje to esehi lagta h"
Said Hurain so confident about her words and everyone else agreed.
"And the good news is evaan sir or Ashraf Bhai ne b kuch nhi bola"
Sidra chimed in her expressions mix of disbelief and amusement
"Haan yrr"
They all agreed and they kept talking afterwards
